My sorrows...

Sometimes I feel sorry fro myself. I always think that things will be always be the same or always feel that I am a child, but the truth was its not. I am working for almost 3 years and yet dont have savings and my salary is not enough to fit my lifestyle.

I do hope that someday I'll meet someone who will pick me up when i fall from failure.......

Someone who will give a shoulder to cry on in every misunderstandings.

Someone who has the courage to fight against people who hurt me......

Some who has a heart to love and takes good care of me........

And someone who will not fool me and accept me as me..........


My Ex...........

I was hurt so many times and I dont know what to to expect in my next relationship. All of my ex-lover are high profile, mostly managers and are older than me. My first ex-lover was an account manager of a big hotel. We broke up for the reason of him going to abroad and he dont want hang ups, fair enough. For me he is the best partner I ever had, kind, thoughtful, and with sense of humor. We had few fights but thats part of a relationship. It was my mistake when I agreed to have a relationship with him even though I know that he will go to abroad in few months time. For me, I rather be hurt than not doing anything for the one that you love. Better tried than being sorry for the rest of my life, right?But he will be in my hear, even his abroad we still talk, we send email to each other and send SMS. For me he is the LOVE of my life. I will always love him until the end. Were able to go out during his first visit here in the Philippines, but on his second vacation here, were not able to see each other since both of us were busy, but its okay, friendster.com and facebook.com always available to send a message. But still there are time that I miss him!miss him a lot

My New family

I started at 24/7 exactly June 2. The account name is Optus but we are only catering iPhone customers. The training starts at 6 am till 3.30pm. IT was the first day and I was late, because was told that the training will start at 7 pm so i came there around 6.30 am, luckily they are not starting yet. New faces, new names to remember. the first person that talk with was Pam, she very kind, shes that one who approaches me and asked me to be her buddy. The first trainor was Nina Fuentes, shes been with the call center industry for so many year and been with Optus/24/7 Customer ever since it was started. Everyone had a chance to introduce their selves. Good thing was one of my team mates was Aaron who came from TeleTech Lipa as well, but his from VOL Lipa. That time I thought that his the only Batangueno within the team. But I was wrong, there are still two Batangueno in our team, theirs Misti and John, but they dont go to Bantangas frequently, they just grew up in Batangas but spend most of their life here in Manila. My new family here in Manila is really fun.

When I transfer..........

Exactly May 31 was my last day in TeleTech Lipa, It was very sad day for me. I need to say goodbye to my long time friends to my supervisors and my second family for the last 2 years. I think, I am not like this if haven't meet this people. Since it was my last day I didn't log in to take in calls, Am just there to process my clearance. When I processing my clearance I need to visit every department for every manager to sign the form. Its a very sad Friday. I went first to production to check if Cesar(my t.l) has the print out of the clearance. His not yet there by that time., I wen to the station of Malen and Janice( my very very good friends) They came from wave 2 but they are the closes to me. I talk to them like it was not my last day that I am going to see them, but as time pass by, we are starting to be serious we are now talking about my plans in life and my reasons why I need to reasons. I tell the truth, the reason why I resign is because I am not happy anymore with what am doing, and another thing was the salary that I am receiving was was not enough. Mammy Riza was there as well and she is telling me that why i didn't wait for promotion since I am one of the seasoned agent that time, I told her that I dont need promotion, what I need is job that I can be happy and I am receiving what should I receive. After the conversation I when down to Human Resource for them to sign the clearance, then I went to the training department for the Training manager to sign the clearance as well, I went first to Gemma shes from Ttech Cainta and she was our first trainer. She ask me why do I need to resign, I told her whats the reason and she understand it. I managed to finish the clearance by 12 am(since everyone works at night) Thats the time that I need to say goodbye to all of my friends, I went to workforce to say goodbye to Paolo and Jox. Then at the production floor to say goodbye to everyone, Malen, Janice, Mammy Riza, TL Candy, TL Cesar, to my teamates. Most of the people are thinking that I am only joking, I told them, that its for real.

I am not going to leave my family, my comfort zone, I am now leaving the company that teaches me a lot of think, I am now living those people who made me strong and I am now living my HOME.

SME application..........

Its almost quarter pass 5 when I got off from the office. The reason for that is because I took an exam for SME ( Subject Matter Expert) for iPhone Support Team. It was really hard. Its composed of 24 question and we need to finish that for only 45 minutes. The test was so hard,.....most of the topic that are asked was about iPhone hardware and iPhone troubleshooting. I didn't finished the whole test because of the time frame. I really hate test...

I am hoping that I will pass............

Tambay Mode.......

It been a 2 weeks since I got my laptop. It very cute, small and easy to use. Its an Asus Brand, am not going to tell what model...hehehe. But over all I will rate it as very good. It has a built in LAN and Built in Wireless card, so it really fits my lifestyle being an internet savvy. Having a built in WiFi really help since most of the coffee shops around the metro has WiFi. My first WiFi connection was at the office. One of my officemate was using her laptop at the office. I dont know how she can connect, I ask her the network,m but shes not telling it to me(this is before I got my laptop). But what I have discover was the network security is disable,hehehe.. so anyone that has a device that is WiFi capable can connect to the network. I am connecting at the lobby, the the lounge at my work station. Second attempt was at Starbucks People Support Branch, the bad thing was I need to pay for the WiFi connection, Its 100 pesos per hour, but its OK. it was very fast. But still the thought that I need to pay 100 box for an hour connection really freaks me out,hehehe. Third attempt was at Figaro Rockwell. Rockwell has there on WiFi server and its powered by Wigo. You can check them through this site www.wigo.ph, but the bad thing again is I need to download a toolbar for the connection to work. another bad thing is I am using a Linux OS and the only compatible OS was MAC and windows....WTF...hehehe., but i manage to connect to one of the wireless network around,( whats the purpose of my being an ISP tech support if I dont know how to connect my own laptop wirelessly). I was there for 5 to 6 hours, just surfing and chatting with friends the whole 6 hours... Lastly my new tambayan after shift after shit Krispy Kremes Ayala Branch. The wifi connection is free, but the SS id or the wireless name is lock, but they will provide with the network password....


Still enjoying my laptop.....

My First Job.........

My first job was with TeleTech Lipa, i was referred by one of my friend. Actually its not my first job. before TeleTech I used to be a outbound call center agent for a telemarketing company. I left the company after a month of employment to transfer to Lipa, I was hired a Technical Support Representative for a UK base ISP. I was hired July 27, 2006 but the training started August 5. A week of ACE training. ACE stands for Accent and Conversational English, Its just like going back to English 101. But it was fun. having teammates that are funny. We are the first wave for the Lipa site. So much pressure are given to us. Since we are the pioneering team. we need to make sure that we will perform well. The training was with Gemma Pascual an ACE trainer from TeleTech Cainta. A week after it was Dan who took over. Hes a Product trainer from Nova. He came from Verizon Online before he transferred to BSky Broadband. The training was tollgate, meaning we need to pass the training. Training days was very hard, lots of technical stuff. The training lasted for 1 month, 1 week for ACE and 3 weeks for product. We used this term when we were in training peteks mode, because we are not doing anything during training. Actually we are discussing things, but we are not listening. We hit the production floor with very limited information about the product. The first call was answered by Sheena, one of my wave mates but from a different class. My first was a disaster, I don't know what to do and I don't know how to use the system. We are using a Citrix environment tool, its a java application. Even its hard to explain things and to elaborate thing for the customer, I am trying my best to deliver excellent service. But this job is way way better from my previous work, you're not the one who's the customer, customer are calling to ask for assistance. I had so many funny experiences talking to Britons, sometime I forgot that I am talking to a British, sometimes I am using vernacular to explain things. I was in night shift for the whole 2 years that I am working for TeleTech, the reason for that is because Philippines is 8 hours advance from UK. Things are really good. The account is ramping and growing. But I need to move on. I need to grow I need to fine myself, I need to know my limitation, I need to know how to live out of my comfort zone.
